Many of you know that I've had a personal growth spurt recently. It's been POWERFUL, enlightening, challenging, and I've been reevaluating.... everything.
I'm learning (AGAIN) to listen to what I truly want, accepting that I have different priorities, and I'm showing up as my full self. I know I'm not alone on this journey. I honored to have coached several of you in similar times in your life.
I'm spending more time than ever before listening to and honoring my intuition which has required me to listen less to all that the world has to say right now.
Choices I'm making to stay quieter:
Saying no to social outings that aren't a 10/10
Using the treadmill in front of the "nature scene" tv instead of the one with the news
Listening to my book at the kids soccer game instead of making small talk
Taking 10 minutes to sit outside without my phone
Journaling every night before bed
The one that has had the biggest impact?
The bullet journaling before bed.
Thanks to my coach's advice, I've unleveled my bullet journaling. Since HS, I've done a list of things I was grateful for at the end of each day, recently it's been...
3 Gratitudes
3 Wins for the Day
3 Intentions for Tomorrow
If you did this tonight what would be on your list? Email me, I'd LOVE to hear them.
With Love,
Sarah
