Have you outgrown your Fish Tank? 

I got a DREAM email from a former client that I just have to share with you....

This client started working with me because she had realized that she had outgrown her fish tank. She had maximized her growth potential with her previous employer, and after much reflection, in her previous career path.
She needed a new fish tank. 

Here is what I learned today when researching the fish tank thing.... it's a MYTH! Fish do NOT only grow to the size of their enclosure. OOPS!
I apologize for those of you that I have lied to about this!

The Truth: It's not the size of the tank that stunts their growth. It's caused by poor water quality and overcrowding. When properly cared for, goldfish NEVER stop growing. Neither do people.

My clients are constantly needing fish tank upgrades! They reach out because...

• They realize they can no longer do what they have been doing and need a partner in finding what is next.

• They're ready to up-level on their current path but the strategy that got them to where they are is not what is going to get them to where they want to go.

• They could use the consistent support of group coaching in this season of their life. 

I thought I helped my clients move from one fish tank to another. Turns out, I simply help them clean out their tank. You deserve a fish tank that is clean, healthy, and supporting your continuous growth! And when you don't... you deserve help getting the tank clean!
