Coaching is Powerful 

Good Afternoon from Beautiful New Hampshire!

MY coaching session yesterday has me feeling alive, in tune with myself, and SO excited about the new and profound ways I'm going to support my clients as I build out the business of my dreams. My loves... coaching is POWERFUL. 

I spent a half day yesterday one on one with MY coach (NEVER hire a coach who doesn't have their own coach) and it was…. Magic. I came in feeling ready for my next evolution and she did not hold back. I left her beautiful office on the lake feeling exhausted in the best way possible. I even took a nap…. that NEVER happens. My mind was processing the things we unlocked, at least half of my mascara was under my eyes, and I feel so excited about the vision I have for taking Advance Coaching to the next level.

Here is thing.... I knew I needed more support than I was getting from our regular scheduled calls and it took me WAY too long to ask for more. My question to you is: Where do you currently feel stuck and need more support and what is getting in the way of asking for that support? I'm here if you want to share (and no, it doesn't need to be related to the coaching I do with you).

I woke up in the tiny house that I rented last night in the woods of New Hampshire and I was finally un-stuck. I got to work designing new offerings, drafting emails, and beginning to build new support systems for all of you and for potential new clients because we all deserve support. You’ll be seeing some changes around here as I up level both personally and professionally and I’d love to have you along for the ride.
